Mathematical Sciences

This department is one of the most important departments of the College of Basic Education at FIU it was established in 2011–2012. The department is currently a very important and necessary department because it provides teachers of mathematics for the Ministry of Education, and graduates of this department can take on responsibilities in the education sector.

Vision

This department works to use mathematical science in such a way that it can meet the needs of society in the field of mathematics and tries to build bridges with its counterparts in world-renowned universities to improve the academic level of teachers and students, to connect our department with the labor market and to provide necessary information to students to find job opportunities.
